PLEASE  COMPLETE  ALL THE REQUIRED SECTIONS FOR PASSPORT APPLICATION

  • Inside Ghana Passport Picture Section

  • Drivers License or State ID 

  • One Current Passport Picture

  • Police Report - Only for lost passport.

  • Ghanaian Parent Current Ghana Passport - Only for New passport

  • Birth Certificate - Only for a minor or  New passport  or lost passport.

  • Proof of Name - Only for clients with name change.

  • Inside Traveller Passport Picture Section

  • Drivers License or State ID 

  • One Current Passport Picture

  • A Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate - This is required only for a minor application

  • A Photocopy of parents picture IDs. (Mother)  This is required only for a minor application

  • A Photocopy of parents picture IDs. (Father)   This is required only for a minor application

Travel Notice

1. Based on the Covid-19 risk assessment in Ghana and global trends, the Government of Ghana has lifted existing COVID-19 travel restrictions for all arriving passengers in Ghana.

2. Departing passengers will have to meet the COVID-19 protocol requirements of the destination country.

3. General health safety measures like hand disinfection and wearing of nose mask recommended in all Airport Terminal and ancillary buildings for passengers' safety
