The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.


Qualifications/Requirements:


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Proficient in the use of CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
