The candidate must have administrative assistant experience. The ideal candidate for this role will be a quick team player, ready and willing to take on a broad scope of responsibilities. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires solid computer operational experience. The ideal candidate needs to be very well organized and can work alone and with the team at the same time.


Position Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and organizational efficiency. You will assist in administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and provide essential support to various teams within the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment and gain valuable experience in administrative roles.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, organize and schedule appointments.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

  • Maintain contact lists.

  • Book travel arrangements.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
