About the Role

Must have a solid Accounting background.
Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner.
Ability to type at least 40 wpm.
Ability to proofread.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Basic understanding of office equipment.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Bachelor’s degree preferred – Business administration (Accounting) or equivalent
Must be confidential in handling records
Solid computer operational experience a must
The ideal candidate needs to be very organized and can multitask

Business Development Associate

Company Hours

Mondays through Fridays - 9am to 7pm EST

We are a US Base company dedicated to helping other small businesses and individuals  with administrative services. The ideal candidate for this role will be a quick team player, ready and willing to take on a broad scope of responsibilities. This position requires solid Accounting background and computer operational experience. The ideal candidate needs to be very well organized and can work alone and with the team at the same time.

We are willing to train some programs, but you must have experience and knowledge with answering and making calls, Email, Microsoft office, Client Relationship Management Software, time management, familiar with US Time Zone, US States, US address format, Calendar and WIFI management.

About the Role

  1. Manage assigned accounts

  2. Prospect for new customers

  3. Consistently call on existing and potential accounts

  4. Provide a comprehensive profile of accounts- products purchasing, where and how much, along with all key decision makers

  5. Understand the account and current market conditions to discuss selling opportunities and strategies

  6. Initiate and develop relationships

  7. Provide timely responses to customer needs, including job follow up

  8. Achieve company goals regarding product sales and financial goals of the company

  9. Well organized, Your leads are pre-set and pre-qualified.

  10. Manage accounting and bookkeeping accounts.

  11. Perform high level data entry and make documents updates.

  12. Preserves time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence

  13. Coordinates projects by capturing timelines, strategies and delivering progress updates.

  14. Prepares, coordinates schedule  and distributes minutes of meetings.

  15. Make inbound and outbound calls to clients and referrals.

  16. Makes appointments and referrals.

  17. Answers phone calls and emails.

  18. Prepares special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.

  19. Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence.

  20. Travel for job needs

  21. Performs other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to travel out of town for company needs.(advance notice will be given)

This is an in-person position at Kumasi, Ghana with two pay cycles, the 15th, and the last day of each month.

Work Hours

9:30am to 6:00pm, US – Eastern Standard Time Zone with a 30 minute lunch break.
