The ideal candidate will handle roles such as Public Relations Manager, Copywriter, and Director of Marketing Communications. We are looking for a quick, team-oriented player ready to take on a broad range of responsibilities. As we expand our market presence, we seek a highly motivated Communications Manager to support our efforts. This position requires strong computer operational skills. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and capable of working independently and within a team.

Requirements

Position Overview

As a Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting marketing efforts and organizational efficiency. You will assist in public relations tasks, develop compelling copy, and provide essential support to various teams within the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment and gain valuable experience in diverse communications functions.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across all platforms.

  • Coordinate and manage events, including planning, logistics, promotion, and post-event analysis to ensure successful execution.

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.

  • Manage product marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotional activities, and communication plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all marketing materials.

  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts.

  • Maintain and update the company's website and marketing collateral to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media management, event coordination, and marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
