Job Description:

As the Company Accountant and Client Services Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records and providing high-quality bookkeeping and US tax services to our clients. You will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and provide valuable financial insights to both the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant financial regulations, and conduct regular audits and reconciliations.

  • Support the CFO in financial analysis and strategic planning.

  • Provide bookkeeping services to company clients, including data entry, transaction categorization, and account reconciliation, and prepare financial statements.

  • Assist clients with budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for clients, conduct tax planning, and provide tax advisory services.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional customer service, and educate clients on best financial practices.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and tax preparation.

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax laws, and regulations.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
