  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be a fast learner with basic knowledge of contract principles and procedures.

  • Must foster a positive and productive culture among all team members.

  • Requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and administrative skills.

  • Must be open to learning and bringing new ideas to the team.

  • Requires excellent written and communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

  • Must follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and report on new business requirements.

  • Must be able to travel as assigned and learn to prepare, review, and process contracting and procurement documents.

  • Must be willing to learn VPN usage, evaluate vendor proposals, troubleshoot applications, and understand internal processes through training.

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracting.

  • In-depth knowledge of business to business contracts.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in the use of research tools and softwares.
