Customers call in because they have questions about their bill. Help them understand the value of the products and services.
Make sure they're in the right package to deliver the best in-home experience for customers.
What It Takes To Succeed:
Must-Have Qualities and Capabilities.
Customer satisfaction score for every call you take.
Generating sales through your ability to provide a consultative approach on additional products and services.
This is a 1099, Self-Employed, Contract-based roles and not considered direct-hire position.
Must speak, read, and write English.
Willing to enroll in a certification course.
Must own computer & pass equipment requirements check.
Must have a quiet area in your home or private office.
You must be fluent in using a computer software.
Comfortable in answering calls, email, and text messages.
Please note this is a non-paid training position. Training varies by call center contract - average 3 to 8 weeks.
