About the Role

This role involves a combination of general office support and childcare responsibilities.This position requires dedication to 2 childcare and administrative duties, ensuring a safe and organized environment for the children while efficiently supporting office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and ensuring the safety of two children, ages 6 (girl) and 8 (boy).

  • Preparing and organizing meals and snacks for the children.

  • Assisting children with maintaining good hygiene practices.

  • Planning activities and educational experiences that align with their interests.

  • Responsible for a variety of office duties including data entry, document management, scheduling coordination, and handling mail sorting.

  • Accountable for printing, shredding, scanning, and organizing documents as well as managing communications.


  • Previous experience in client services and childcare is essential.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in computer operations is required.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

  • Must be willing to work in-person at the office in White Plains, Maryland.
