About the Role

As a Sales Representative Contractor, your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting outbound sales calls to potential clients and referrals, promoting our products/services, and persuading prospects to make purchases or schedule appointments. This includes managing calls in various stages ensuring a systematic approach to follow-up.
Handling inbound inquiries from clients, providing information about our offerings, and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. You will be responsible for promptly responding to these inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Managing your daily schedule and appointments efficiently to maximize sales opportunities. You will be expected to make 60 to 70 calls each day for 6 hours, ensuring all calls are made, and handling all call backs within the designated call time of 10:30 am to 7 pm EST.
Coordinating with the sales team to capture timelines and strategies for ongoing projects, and providing progress updates as needed. This collaboration will help ensure a coordinated effort in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Utilizing CRM software to maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks. This will help streamline the sales process and provide valuable insights for improving sales performance.
Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to purchase or service delivery. Your teamwork and communication skills will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Participating in regular sales training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. This ongoing training will help you stay updated on industry trends and best practices, enhancing your effectiveness as a sales representative.
Traveling as necessary to attend sales meetings, conferences, or client visits. Your willingness to travel will help strengthen client relationships and expand our market reach.

Requirements

We are a US-based company dedicated to helping other small businesses and individuals with administrative services . We are seeking a Sales Representative Contractor to join our team. The candidate must have sales experience.  The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. This position requires a solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies, as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate needs to be highly organized and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team.

We are willing to train some programs, but you must have experience and knowledge with answering and making calls, Email, Microsoft office, Client Relationship Management Software, time management, familiar with US Time Zone, US States, US address format, Calendar and WIFI management.The ideal candidate for the Sales Representative Contractor position will demonstrate:

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for greeting clients and colleagues professionally.

  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute and strong proofreading abilities for efficient communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.

  • Understanding of clerical procedures for maintaining organized sales documentation.

  • Ability to work independently, solve problems, and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.

  • Commitment to confidentiality in handling client records.

  • Solid computer operational experience, multitasking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills..

  • Employment initially on a temporary basis, with potential for full-time advancement based on performance

.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or related field required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to travel out of town for company needs.(advance notice will be given)

  • This is an in-person position at Kumasi, Ghana or hybrid Maryland, USA.

  • Two pay cycles, the 15th, and the last day of each month.

  • 10:30am to 7:00pm, US – Eastern Standard Time Zone with a 30 minute lunch break.

Additionally, there will be a fixed amount paid, with additional commission up to 10% on our service fee revenue (not third party charges). All commission will be paid,  15 business days after the client pays & starts service. Furthermore, you will receive 4-6 hours of paid training to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
