Prospective Notaries

Thank you for your interest in joining the KOA Resources Notary Network! All notaries in our Network are verified and credential checked. To be considered for participation, you will need to provide the following information:

• Independent Contractor Agreement - We will provide.

• Current W-9 

• Resume

• Copy of Notary Commission (stamp not acceptable)

• Copy of Driver’s License (must be colored, front and back)

• Copy of Notary Bond for $10k (per your state minimum)

• Copy of E&O Policy with $100k - We can provide, let us know.

• Copy of Background Check

• NNA Membership Link

• Availability within the following 7 days after application is submitted
